Smooth Wave Single Color Transitions for Corsair ML Fans Pending

I have created 8 different stacked waves as it goes over each LED and stepped them across the 4 second wave time, however as the wave ends, it 'resets' or skips on wave 8. I have included what I am trying to achieve here: https://file.io/LHhxxbBLx2ep if there can be some ironing out of what I am trying to do or point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.
